CUSTOM DESIGNS

All custom designs are sent to our customers before they start manufacturing, once they love it, begin the manufacturing process.

Your piece has a 5-day manufacturing warranty.

Our custom parts have no changes by design, just for some imperfection in terms of manufacturing and we can repair it without any problem. – If you have a fault, you must send a photo the same day your piece arrives, to assess whether it is factory damage, if so, the customer must send an expense (accounting for shipping costs by the customer), a Once we have your share, we will repair and return without shipping or repair.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept card payments through Paypal and credit card payments.
All our products are handmade, take a manufacturing time of 10 days to 15 business days (except in engagement rings or special orders).

SHIPPING AND MONITORING

Shipments take 2 to 5 days within the Mexican Republic. Shipping cost $ 5.12 USD, If your order is greater than $ 76.81 USD the shipping is FREE.
